21 years ago, Danny and I stood by a lake and said our vows. We didn't know what the future would bring...who knew I'd be typing this on a blog 21 years later.
Things I remember about this day:
Paitnting the white picket fence at the crack of dawn, in case it was in the pictures.
Danny putting his hand on my back as I got to him, and saying my dress was pretty. (will never ever forget that moment)
Swatting a bee from Danny's boutineere and hoping it couldn't be seen on the video.
Turning around after the kiss only to discover my Sister in law hadn't flipped the cassette tape.
Cutting the cakes
Dad putting a penny in my shoe
Mom's pink dress
Carla smiling as I walked down.
Ashley smiling as I walked down and holding my flowers so proud.
Ashley sitting in the floor board of my car, and me seriously considering just taking her to the horse races with us.
The cans (that I still have) that were hanging from the rear view mirror. Not even sure who made them.
