Until about 6 weeks ago, I had never tried Chipolte. Well....let's just say Chelsey talked me into trying it and I LOVE it. So.....this rainy Sunday, I made it at home instead of going to eat. Yep.....Lime, cilantro, rice. Pork or chicken. Black beans. Fresh guacamole. Sour cream and monteray Jack cheese. Pico Colby just inhaled a bowl of it....I think he liked it. Chelsey is eating a bowl now....winner winner!
Who's it going to be for the Super Bowl? I think Tom Brady will be in Dallas. (or should I say Arlington, thank you former mayor of Dallas for that). Just not sure who he'll face...
Hope you've all stayed dry this weekend. Let's see...we've had snow and rain. Maybe this week we will see SUNSHINE!!!!
